We present an exciting opportunity for a Manager or Senior Associate, MedTech Value and Access—the position will depend on your experience—to join our consulting team. This role requires 2–4+ years of prior, relevant consulting experience in value, reimbursement, and market access.

This is an ideal position for someone who:

  • Has prior relevant value, reimbursement, and market access consulting experience.
  • Enjoys the fast pace of consulting and a great work environment.
  • Is a self-starter and team player.

  • Is passionate about MedTech, including advanced diagnostics.
  • Has a background in laboratory diagnostics.
  • Is ready to pursue significant personal and company growth opportunities, supported by a strong, experienced management team.

You will play an integral role in delivering strategic insights through rigorous research and analysis and gain exposure to US and OUS markets. You will work collaboratively in a team environment under the direction of client and, initially, project managers. You will be given frequent opportunities to work independently and participate in project delivery and business development.

This full-time position is hybrid, with two to three days per week in the office, is based in the Boston area, and requires little travel.
