Rob is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BeaconOne Healthcare Partners and has been an advisor to the life sciences industry for over 20 years. He provides commercialization and market access strategy expertise to his clients, which include start-ups and many of the leading multinational MedTech companies, investors, and foreign trade and investment groups seeking access to the U.S. healthcare market. Rob partners with clients on their most challenging global business questions, providing clarity and direction on matters related to reimbursement and market access, market opportunity, evidence needs, value proposition, and portfolio expansion. He also has supported due diligence on several M&A and direct investment opportunities.

His MedTech consulting experience is vast spanning specialty areas, care settings, geographies, and technology types — these include implants and consumables, capital equipment (including surgical robotics), tools, AI-enabled, monitoring, and digital solutions, imaging, and diagnostics. Rob has resided in both the US and Europe and brings an in-depth understanding of developed and emerging global markets, with experience in over 30 countries. He brings a rigorous research methodology to his assignments and establishes long-term, collaborative client partnerships. Prior to founding BeaconOne Healthcare Partners, he held consulting practice-level and International leadership positions at Veranex and Boston Healthcare Associates (acquired by Veranex in 2021). He started his career doing biomedical research in the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry conferences in the US and Europe.
