Our History
During their tenure, BHA expanded its services, headcount, and geographic footprint. The Founder and CEO of BHA empowered the team to innovate and think creatively when pursuing growth opportunities. He would frequently say to his team to “go long and get open”, an old football saying essentially meaning that we can adjust the playbook to make optimal progress by putting our best talent in a position to succeed. This philosophy conveyed and sparked collaboration throughout the organization, leading to an entrepreneurial and close-knit team culture, as all employee contributions were valued and recognized. This mindset also extended to client relationships, where novel approaches and extra care were encouraged in client partnerships.
The success of BHA led to its eventual acquisition; however this way of conducting business remains a part of Tom and Rob’s DNA and carries over to their everyday approach to business today.
